Mrs. North Dakota America 2009 is Toni Massey - Wheeler from Bismarck. She is married to Greg and together they have two children, Scout and Rowan. Mrs. Wheeler is a Teacher and has a Master's Degree in Education Administration.
Her community involvement includes being a member of the American Legion Auxillary, A Speaker for rural schools at Legislative assembly, a Vacation Bible School Teacher and host family for the foreign exchange program.
In her spare time, Toni enjoys traveling, horseback riding, gardening and painting. She also loves artistic activities such as mural painting, drawing and mosaics.
Something unique about Toni: She was a One-room schoolhouse teacher of K-8 for 10 years.
